Hello Folks,
We have integrated vTiger with zopim with following feature

Integration information of PMS with API :

  • Webchat module to link lead with zopim chat
  • Create developer account on Infusionsoft to get AppKey and Appsecret Key.
  • Group customer based on city/state/country
  • Auto-notification to the sales rep based on the city/state association on creation of the lead
