Export and email trouble ticket into PDF in vtiger

Hello Floks,

Pleasure to announce that at Variance we have customize Trouble Ticket email attached with PDF.
The auto attached PDF functionality in email.

Below mention image is list view of Trouble Ticket.

Below mention image is detail view of Trouble Ticket, where we can see the Highlighted option “Send Email with PDF”.

Just click on “Send Email with PDF” and will divert to next page. The below page is the Compose Email view, where the PDF is auto attached. Now we just need to select Email Template and send email.
