- One of the announcements for the Salesforce admin community is the upcoming deprecation of the Salesforce Process Builder and Workflow Rules. Salesforce is encouraging everyone to move to Flow.
- Salesforce announced Backup and Restore, an automatic data backup and recovery service built into Salesforce.
- Salesforce has released a toolset for developers called Foyer.
Foyer allows developers to use the Salesforce knowledge they already have and offers a streamlined way to create Slack apps. Important thing is that no coding is required.- Now, with Omni-Channel Flow and its expanded use cases, you can use the familiar drag-and-drop low-code tools to simplify your routing logic, visualize the requirements in what you are building, and most importantly rapidly test and adapt to new information regardless of channel.
- Salesforce announced three new Einstein Automate products to help every Salesforce customer, regardless of technical background( with low code tools). The new products include MuleSoft RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Einstein Document Reader and Digital Process Automation.
