Dynamics CRM 2016 Customization Updates – Email Activity Tracking

Hello Folks,
In Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Do you had any requirement to track Incident(Case) email sent out from CRM and coming to the CRM ?
Variance Team implemented such feature in Dynamics CRM to track incoming and outgoing email by retrieving case # from subject line and update status of the case.

1. Case Form:

case-form
Status in the case form updated based on incident #.

2. Incoming email:

incoming-email
Update status of Incident based by retrieving Incident # information from subject of the email received in Dynamics CRM.

3. Outgoing email:

out-going-email
Update status of Incident based by retrieving Incident # information from subject of the email sending out from Dynamics CRM.
