Requirement :
- Customer required to integrate BirdEye API with Patient management system to sync Patient inforamtion from both the system.
Solution :
- We provide solution to implement bi-directional integration from BirdEye API with patient management system.
BirdEye API and PMS Integration stps :
- We used Customer checkin API of Birdeye to push/pull customer information.
- Integrating Patient details(Full name , Email id, Phone Number) from PMS to Birdeye.
- Bi-Directional integation.
- Update Patient info from both the system based on last modified date.
