The official SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin is open source, it’s free and they are now setting up phase 2 which will be released soon and will focus on the integration of calandar and contacts.

The existing plugin is the newest extension for SuiteCRM and is compatible with Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013.
