We had many calls from our existing customer to generate the Dynamics report in vTiger CRM to display the combined report of leads and organization.
Generally company who using vTiger has the process to convert the leads from the organization OR some company create new organization from the leads so company name in leads and organization would be same so they needs report to display output combined of both.

For this requirement we changed the report module of vTiger CRM where we added code to display field of leads and organization on field selection screen of report. because leads and organization is not the related modules in vTiger.
