Its pleasure to update you that recently we worked on the customization of Sage CRM for client from plastic industry.
Client’s mainly focused on the fast execution of the leads so the notification was the main key of the customization.
- We create workflow to notify the user when leads came from website inquiry page where we integrate the Sage CRM using the sage web services.
- User to whom leads assigned got the notification
- The most critical part in the requirement is to update the admin if there is no activity in the leads in the stipulated time. for this we create plugin to check the ideal leads on specific interval and fired an email.
There is lot of stuff we manage in Sage CRM in-order to fulfill customer needs.
